We have a few different pricing models that we can utilize including hourly rates, one-time fees for projects and all inclusive monthly support subscription fees. We work with you to find the best solution!

Every client receives a comprehensive North Light roadmap that includes deliverables, goals and a check list of items we need from our client. We use Google Workspace products to securely collect practice information and other documents needed to successfully complete the projects and services we provide.

Communication is incredibly important to us. We believe that consistent and honest communication is critical to a successful working relationship and that communication needs to be timely. We promise to respond to client messages within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Additionally, we schedule regular check ins with our clients so they are never in the dark.

We are fully HIPAA trained and use encrypted platforms for file collection, secure email practices, password-protected systems, and HIPAA-conscious workflows. Our clients’ practice data is handled with confidentiality and industry-standard security measures.

Yes. we can take on full credentialing applications, CAQH updates, and payer follow-ups. We also help our clients understand payer requirements and keep track of important updates. We’re also able to handle enrollments.
